Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

Sideout AI is a static informational website. This policy explains what data we handle, in plain language.

What we collect

Almost nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no analytics running on this site today. We do not set cookies of our own.

Emails you send us

The “Suggest an edit” buttons and “Post a job” form open your own email app addressed to tyler@pelicancity.club. What you write in those emails is used only to review your suggestion or listing — nothing is published without review, and your email address is never shared or sold.

Club directory data

Club listings contain public business information: names, locations, websites, and contact details clubs publish themselves. If you represent a club and want a listing corrected or removed, email tyler@pelicancity.club.

Third-party content

Club pages embed Google Maps, and shop pages link to outside retailers. Those services have their own privacy policies: Google’s applies when a map loads, and a retailer’s applies when you follow a buy link. Some shop links are affiliate links — if you buy through them, Tyler (the guy behind Sideout AI) may receive compensation, at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every shop page.

Changes

If this policy changes — for example, if analytics are added in the future — the updated version will be posted here.
